Does it work on Mac?

Yes — ClinicFlow generates a standard .xlsx file with no macros or VBA. It works in Excel for Mac, Windows, and even Google Sheets.

How many contractors can I have?

Up to 30 contractors per clinic. Each contractor has their own rate card with Tier 1/2 therapy rates, report rates, VAC, court, and supervision rates.

Do I need to install anything?

No. ClinicFlow is a web portal. You log in, upload or paste your CSV, and download your workbook. Nothing to install.

Which scheduling platforms are supported?

ClinicFlow works with CSV exports from Jane, Owl Practice, Cliniko, and any platform that exports session or invoice data. Columns are detected automatically — no manual mapping needed for common platforms. For custom column names, use the built-in Universal CSV Importer.

Can contractors sign their invoices?

Yes — each contractor receives a PDF invoice by email with a one-click "Approve" button. Approvals are tracked in the portal.

What if I have more than 30 contractors?

Which countries are supported?

ClinicFlow supports clinics in Canada (CAD), the United States (USD), and Australia (AUD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Is my billing in my local currency?

Yes. Canadian clinics are billed in CAD, US clinics in USD, and Australian clinics in AUD. Select your currency above before subscribing.
